You must notify Battery Distributors in writing prior to the proposed shipping date of any cancellation of your order.

Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Please note returns may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Customer will be subject to 15% restocking fee and shipping costs if the order is refused by the customer without written authorization from Battery Distributors to refuse order.

All orders that are special pricing below normal pricing due to quantity discounts are considered

SPECIAL ORDERS and are NOT Returnable. All items that are in Sealed or Static Sealed Packaging and

are opened are deemed NON RETURNABLE. ALL Programming Cables of any kind are NOT RETURNABLE

On the Order Info Page click on Registration of the return link.

Most RMA’s are processed within 24 hours but may take up to 72 hours.  RMA’s will only be approved if they meet the terms and conditions as stated on our Terms and Conditions page.

Loss and Damage from Shipping: You must keep the shipping carton and its contents for inspection as a result of a loss or damage claim (even if the box appears to be undamaged). 

We do not ship outside of the USA, except for US Military APOs FPOs via US Postal Service.

We specialize in selling to corporations, business, government, military, educational, churches, police, fire, EMS, security, aviation, hotels, resort operations, Etc. These customers are given priority attention. Furthermore returns may be subject to a 15 percent restocking charge. 

Payment We accept major credit cards, Govt. IMPAC cards, money orders, commercial checks, Vouchers from State, Municipal & Political subdivisions. We are registered with DoDs CCR (Central Contractor Registration) for EFT. Business terms may be extended to commercial accounts after receipt of credit application DUNS number required.

Shipping & Handling Rates UPS is our primary shipping method. We calculate the actual shipping rate based on the weight and destination of your order. We include a handling charge and there is non refundable $6.00 handling charge on orders below $50.00 for merchandise. Shipping charges may be paid by us for larger orders reaching certain quantities. For example, multi-case quantities of alkaline batteries. NOTE: We do not ship outside of the USA, except for US Military APOs via USPS.

Loss & Damage From Shipping You must keep the shipping carton and its contents for inspection as a result of a loss or damage claim (even if the box appears to be undamaged). You must report losses or damages to Battery Distributors LLC immediately upon discovery. Battery Distributors LLC can not refund or replace products without 1st investigating a claim with the shipping carrier. The shipping carton and its contents must be available for a loss/damage claim inspection.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, your item may be returned within 15 calendar days (unless otherwise stated). You will be responsible for the the original shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error. Original shipping costs will be refunded when the shipment is our error (wrong item shipped, shipping damage). The returned product must be in new & re-sellable condition. All products must be returned with its original box and packing materials provided by the manufacturer. For orders that shipped free, the original shipping & handling charge is usually about twenty percent of the item value. That amount will be deducted from your total credit. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon. A return authorization number is mandatory prior to return. We recommend tracking and insuring all returns.

To attain a Return Authorizing Number, please contact us at the link below. Credit will be issued after our returns department receives and processes the return. Please allow at least 10 business days from the date the return is received for credit to be issued. Credit may take up to 2 billing cycles to be reflected on your statement. If the proudct is damaged in shipment, we will ship you another.
